An internship completion certificate, a letter of recommendation for strong work, and a portfolio of things you actually shipped.
Same team, same rules
The code of conduct, confidentiality and client etiquette apply to you exactly like everyone else. Time off: give your mentor and HR a heads-up in advance.
Internship terms (duration, stipend, conversion criteria) come from your internship letter and HR.

A real person for every question. Everything people-related goes to HR, system and access issues go to the admins.
